NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.–William Lyon Homes (the “Company”), a leading homebuilder in the Western U.S., announces it will be expanding its Texas operations by entering into the Houston market.
Jennifer Keller, a highly-experienced homebuilder/developer-operator, and a Houston resident for 26 years, has joined the William Lyon Homes team and will serve as the new Division President to lead its newest operating division in Houston, Texas.

Throughout her homebuilding career, Ms. Keller has gained invaluable experience across a broad range of disciplines including: land acquisition, land development, market analysis, financial analysis, product strategy, land development engineering, and water resources engineering. Before joining William Lyon Homes, Ms. Keller enjoyed numerous successes in her roles as both President and Chief Operating Officer at Land Tejas, one of the Houston area’s most prolific developers of master-planned communities, and served as Senior Vice President of the Houston Division of KB Home.
