Richard’s Paint Appoints Three to VP Slots

Richard’s Paint Mfg. Co. Inc. recently announced the appointments of three individuals to Vice-President positions within the company. Aaron Dhawan has been appointed VP-Operations. Pati Lambert has been appointed VP-Human Resources and Office Manager. Tom Griffey has been appointed VP-Sales. All appointments went into effect May 21, 2021.

Aaron Dhawan
Richard’s Paint has appointed Aaron Dhawan as Vice President – Operations effective May 21, 2021. 
In this role, he will oversee all aspects of executive and technical operational management for the corporation.
Dhawan will also be responsible for purchasing and vendor negotiations.
Aaron joined Richard’s paint 3 years ago in the role of Director of Operations with direct responsibility over quality control, research and development, production, filling, maintenance, shipping, receiving, and purchasing. Dhawan has 35 years of industry experience and has held roles in laboratory / technical, sales, and marketing as well as numerous roles in management throughout his career in the paint and coatings manufacturing industry.

Pati Lambert
Richard’s Paint has appointed Pati Lambert as Vice President, Human Resources and Office Manager effective May 21, 2021.  In this role, she will be responsible for setting and enforcing, human resources policies, procedures, and best practices. Lambert will also be responsible for overseeing the general operations of the office. For the last 36 years, she has held various management roles at Richard’s Paint, including Customer Service and Accounts Receivable Manager and Credit Manager, a role that she held for over 10 years. Since joining Richard’s Paint in 1985, Lambert has proven to be a loyal and valuable asset to the organization.

Tom Griffey
Richard’s Paint has appointed Tom Griffey as Vice President of Sales effective May 21, 2021. Griffey brings 40 years of industry experience to his new position at Richard’s.  Most recently he served as the Director of Sales, successfully promoting company products, directing not only his sales team but the organization to meet and exceed goals.  He has demonstrated a great vision for the future of the company and his impeccable commitment to our dealers makes our operations stronger. In this role, he will direct daily sales activities, meeting with major clients, managing regional sales teams & sales budgets, designing effective sales plans and creating strategies, estimating sales profits and handling negotiations, marketing company products and supporting our president oversee all internal operations. For the last 20 years, Tom has served Richard’s Paint in Store, Operations & Regional outside sales management roles.  His depth of business knowledge and his drive are key to our paint industry.
