Handyman Matters Named One of America’s Best Customer Service Companies by Newsweek

LAKEWOOD, Colo.–Handyman Matters has been recognized as the top Brand in the Home Referral Services and Home Repairs category as part of Newsweek’s inaugural list of America’s Best Companies for Customer Service. The independent study used data from a survey of more than 20,000 US customers and focused solely on Customer Service.

In collaboration with Statista, Newsweek sanctioned the independent study that was based on several criteria, such as usage of the service and whether a customer would recommend the brand. Respondents were also asked to provide feedback on communication received from the brand, technical competence, the range of services offered and their customer focus, amongst others.
