Grainger Expands 2023 Great Place to Work® Certification™

CHICAGO, Nov. 1, 2023 – Grainger (NYSE: GWW), a leading broad line distributor of maintenance, repair and operating (MRO) products serving businesses and institutions, today announced that its Canada and Mexico businesses have earned Great Place to Work® Certification™ for the first time, and its U.S. business has earned the title for the third consecutive year. The Great Place to Work Certification recognizes employers who create an outstanding and consistent employee experience.

Receiving this distinguished certification is based on direct feedback from current team members through Great Place to Work’s annual survey. The vast majority, 92 percent, of team members surveyed this year deemed Grainger a great place to work – 35 percentage points higher than the average U.S. company, according to benchmarking data.
